“Before we begin to build a home, we must develop a plan in accordance to a set of Blue-Prints, this will allow the builders to follow codes, details, materials, and final looks of the home.
In our Christian life it is the same: we need a blue print on how to build the foundation, the materials for a successful, abundant life, healthy and strong marriage, and the developing of gifts, talents that can bring community transformation and primarly all the Glory to God.
Blue Prints 4Life: is what we, at HCC have developed to help every person achieve their dreams, goals in the plan of God for them, their families and their Destiny in the Kingdom of God.

This is an investment for Life – Let’s do it together !”  Pastor Isaac

Declaration for our lives here at HCC

  1.  We are commanded to serve. It's biblical (Galatians 5:13). Serving is not an option. We are called to            serve as an act of obedience.
  2.  Serving is a form of worship. It's God-honoring (Romans 12:1). We ascribe honor and worship to God           through our tithes, songs, words, and deeds of service.
  3.  Serving is a form of stewardship. It's responsible (1 Peter 4:10). God holds us accountable, measuring         our fruitfulness according to the grace and the gifts we express.
  4.  Developing people builds ministry. It's investing (Ephesians 4:ll-l2). Attention is given to the person, not          the position, emphasizing the "who" before considering the "what."
  5.  People need meaningful places of service. It's purposeful (Romans 12:6). Ministry motivation results              from the perception of significance an individual attaches to a particular task.
  6.  People have something to give and something to receive. It's interdependence (1 Peter 4:10; 1                    Corinthians 12:7). Each servant has something to offer and something to receive from the body of Christ.       These relationships are interdepedent.
  7.  Everyone is a "10" somewhere. It's unique (Ephesians 4:16). Ineffective ministry results from the right            people in the wrong positions. Making your unique contribution makes you a "10" somewhere.
  8.  People need to know who they are. It's revelational (John 13:3; Psalm 26:2). Increasing one's self-                understanding increases the chance to discover the place of unique contribution.
  9.  People are in process and therefore need a process. It's developmental (1 Corinthians 12:1; I Timothy          4:14). Life is a journey of growing experiences. Helpful "snapshots" indicate where a growing person is         presently.
10.  The goal is to eliminate positional attitudes. It's revolutional (1 Corinthians 12:27). We are all the                    people of God. Clergy/laity paradigms and attitudes hinder the Holy Spirit's power with the lives of his           people. We are all called to be ministers and therefore have a ministry.  We are all on "staff" of the                  church ... some are paid and some are unpaid.

Growing in CHRIST:

Is a PROCESS that takes some TIME.

Is INTENTIONAL AND PURPOSEFUL.

Is PRACTICAL and involves  learned SKILLS and HABITS.

Includes BELIEFS which become BEHAVIORS, KNOWLEDGE that produces FRUIT.

Requires RELATIONSHIPS, because we are a FAMILY.

This is never intended to be a one step or one final event, but just as a home requires maintained, care, and people as a family to create dreams, memories that fulfill and satisfies them, so is our Christian walk, a never ending experience but an ongoing, relationship with Christ, that requires maintenance, care for details of life and fellowship with others in the family of God, where dreams are fulfilled, healthy memories are created and together Christ is demonstrated by bringing community transformation that leaves an aroma of God.
Come and Join us in this adventure!

Sincerely   Pastor Isaac
